Mother of Sorrow Rosary Beads Pewter Blue Goldstone Wire Wrapped Unbreakable

In this rosary, Our Mother of Sorrows is comforted by midnight blue beads that have flecks of silver foil that sparkle like the stars in the night sky. The Aves are 8mm blue goldstone beads and the Pater beads are 12mm blue goldstone beads. Goldstone is a misnomer because it is not stone. It is actually dark blue transparent glass that copper and silver foil flecks have been mixed into. The result is a beautiful, sparkly bead that dances in the light. The Aves are 6mm blue goldstone beads and the Pater beads are12mm blue goldstone beads. Goldstone is actually a misnomer because it is not stone. It is actually dark blue transparent glass that copper and silver foil flecks have been mixed into. The result is a beautiful, sparkly bead that dances in the light. The lead free pewter center is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. It features an image honoring Our Blessed Mother. It has a subtle luminosity that gives depth and beauty to the image. The intricate Trinity crucifix depicts the Father, Son and Holy Spirit both descending into and emanating out of the Eucharist. The Lazo or Lasso Rosary has Mexican origins. Basically, a Lazo rosary is two full rosaries joined together by one crucifix. It symbolizes the union of the bride and groom in marriage. Traditionally, the godparents or sponsors of the couple getting married place the rosary around the bride's neck and around the groom's neck during the wedding ceremony. Special prayers are then said to join them in Holy Matrimony. After the wedding, one of two things can be done. Some couples keep the rosary so that they can use it to pray together and then later pass it along to their children when they get married. Other couples break the rosary down into two separate rosaries. Then they give one rosary to the bride's mother and the other to the groom's mother as keepsakes of the wedding.

Fun Christmas Tree Rosary from Laude Arts

Some of the stars have fallen from heaven to grace this unbreakable rosary created in honor of the birth of our Lord and to adorn these beautiful Christmas tree beads. The Christmas tree Pater beads are pressed Czech glass. The Avé beads are 6mm green Czech beads. Each of them has a beautiful swirl of gold plated brass wire which echos the gold colored garlands on the Christmas tree beads. Accenting the entire rosary are the small clear star beads with a sparkly AB coating. The crucifix and center are gold finished, nickle free pewter.
